Profile:- Front Office / Receptionist Co-ordinator

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:-

  • Greet visitors, welcome, and direct them appropriately.
  • The visitor informs company personnel of arrival.
  • Maintains security and telecommunications systems.
  • Notifies visitors by answering or referring to inquiries.
  • Directs visitors by clear staff and department directories.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Operates telecommunications system by following manufacturers' instructions for home phone and console operation.
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity between work teams by documenting and communicating tasks, irregularities, and continuing requirements.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
